VSA Ohio Cultural Access Status Survey

4/26/2018

VSA Ohio needs You - administrators in arts, culture, and humanities organizations to take a short, 10-15 minute survey!

Everyday we see Ohio's cultural sector making progress toward accessibility and inclusion for people with disabilities. But that's our job. What is it like for you? By learning more about your experiences and the Status of Accessibility in Ohio we can develop resources and share valuable information with the field.

Or cut and paste
https://cosicolumbus.az1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_eDTuAmE8ViWW27r
into your web browser.

Please Share this with in/external colleagues! You know people we don't.

This information is being collected by our outside evaluator from the Lifelong Learning Group.  All responses will be completely anonymous – not connected to your name or email address. Be honest and candid in your responses.

As a Thank You for your time, those who complete the survey have the option of providing their email, unconnected to their responses, and will be entered to win one of two Access Starter Kits! These tool kits will jump start / enhance your accessibility efforts. See the description below.

If you have questions about the study or need an alternative format, please contact Mary Ann Wojton at [email protected] or 614-629-3148.

We would greatly appreciate it if you complete the survey by Tuesday, May 1, 2018.

This project is supported by the Ohio Arts Council, who funds and supports quality arts experiences to strengthen Ohio communities culturally, educationally, and economically.
