The Center for Disability Empowerment will be hosting a 90-minute webinar titled Charting the LifeCourse Youth Chat: Let’s talk about you! What’s your dream? What are your gifts, talents, ideas and lifegoals?
The Charting the LifeCourse framework was developed by and for people with disabilities and families. The core belief is that everyone should have a life they value in their community. The framework and tools will help you organize your ideas, vision and goals, as well as, problem-solve, navigate and advocat4e for supports.
Learn some ways to express yourself:
· Create and Independent Living Plan (CDE)
· Create a one-page person-centered description (CtLC)
· Create a trajectory-a map towards a good life (CtLC)
