Access Ohio Training on Housing and Higher Education

Access Ohio is working with the Association of College and University Housing Officials International to present an online webinar from 2-3 PM EDT on Tuesday July 28, 2015. We will be presenting on which standard to apply based on facility type and funding sources. We will discuss the application and regulations of three federal laws that may apply to college and university dormitories and housing including: The Americans with Disabilities Act, The Fair Housing Amendments Act, and Section 504 of The Rehabilitation Act of 1973.
